Questions
Does it cost extra?
No. The phone app is included with every DeepWell plan. Your team signs in with their own DeepWell accounts.
Why isn't it in the App Store or Google Play?
It installs from the browser, so everyone always has the latest version with nothing to download or update. It gets its own icon and opens full screen like any other app.
How does my team get access?
The company owner invites them from Team in the desktop app. Once they accept the invite, they open this page on their phone and follow the steps above.
Does it work with bad signal?
It's built for weak signal: the app opens quickly, photos are shrunk on the phone before uploading, and slow answers show a retry instead of spinning forever. Asking questions and uploading still need a connection.
